This fruit is sourced from the Willoughby Bridge vineyard near Colbinabbin in the Heathcote Wine Region.
Hand picked fruit, Whole bunch pressed to a stainless steel vat.
Wild fermentation, to dryness.
Matured for 3 months.
Bottled in July 2022.
No fining, or stabilisation.
TASTING NOTES
Pale copper pink colour.
Very aromatic, lifted spice, almost Turkish delights.
The palate presents strawberries and cream, with a little spice and Campari bitter.
Rich and luscious, this bright medium weight rose has lovely texture and length.
This dry, smashable rose will go down a treat over the warmer months.
