I couldn't recommend Mount Monument more highly! We hosted a hens party there and it exceeded every expectation.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the Barrel Room was the perfect space for our celebration; private, intimate, and ideal for a special occasion. We loved that we could decorate the room however we liked and play our own music, which made the day feel so personal.
The staff were absolutely spectacular from start to finish. They kindly allowed me to come in early that morning to set everything up, and throughout the day they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We enjoyed a beautiful two course meal, and every dish was delicious. The food, service, and atmosphere all came together to create such a memorable experience.
I'm so glad we found and booked Mount Monument. It was the perfect venue for our hens party, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to host a special celebration. Thank you for helping make the day so unforgettable for our wonderful bride!

It’s my second visit to Mount Monument. This first time in the Cellar Door. This time in the dining room as it was a special occasion and it was fabulous.
The set menu was divine and the attention from the waitress staff exceptional.

Absolutely perfect Friday night dinner, roaring fire, calming lighting and delish food.
Excellent oysters, lovely duck confit croquettes to start. Pepper steak and chips, yummm and a ridiculously large half chicken with lemon pangrattato. No room for dessert!
Of course there is the winery vino selection and some excellently thought out winter cocktails.

Our group of six guests had the pleasure of enjoying both a guided wine tasting and a superb dining experience at the Mt Monument Winery during our visit to the Macedon Ranges and both were highlights of our trip.
Our sommelier Carl’s professionalism, local knowledge, and friendly personality made the wine tasting both informative and enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the excellent range of white and red varietal wines, each thoughtfully presented and explained, showcasing the quality and diversity of the winery’s offerings.
Our dining experience was equally impressive. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and complemented by an outstanding wine selection. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the professionalism and attentive service provided by our server Charlie, made for a truly memorable lunch experience. Special thanks also go to the chef and kitchen team for delivering such creative and consistently excellent dishes.
