Our group of six guests had the pleasure of enjoying both a guided wine tasting and a superb dining experience at the Mt Monument Winery during our visit to the Macedon Ranges and both were highlights of our trip.
Our sommelier Carl’s professionalism, local knowledge, and friendly personality made the wine tasting both informative and enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the excellent range of white and red varietal wines, each thoughtfully presented and explained, showcasing the quality and diversity of the winery’s offerings.
Our dining experience was equally impressive. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and complemented by an outstanding wine selection. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the professionalism and attentive service provided by our server Charlie, made for a truly memorable lunch experience. Special thanks also go to the chef and kitchen team for delivering such creative and consistently excellent dishes.
Both venues provided outstanding hospitality, quality experiences, and a genuine showcase of the Macedon Ranges wine and food scene. We highly recommend Mr Monument Winery to anyone visiting the region and look forward to returning in the future.

Mount Monument is a stunning venue. The recent brunch event was fantastic, food and cocktails were not only exceptional but generously served. Will be back soon.

The food was full of flavour and the wines exceptional. We enjoyed a glass of Blanc de Noir and Mount Monument Greco whilst enjoying our lunch and views over the vines.
Absolutely amazing! visited this place 3 years ago and again this week and its only getting better.
Beautiful grounds, great service, cosy restaurant with a relaxed vibe. They only do a 4 course set menu but catered for our children with a 4 course kids' menu for $35 which was great value! Food was decent, well designed menu for an easy efficient service. Flavours were a little underwhelming but i do prefer heavier seasoning so it could be just me. Overall a nice lunch only a stone's throw from Melbourne.

We had a lovely dinner here trying their new menu. The baked brie starter was a standout, but everything was delicious. Great atmosphere, great food, and wonderful service from Fiona. We’ll definitely be back to try one of Mick’s margaritas!
