We’re kicking things off with a glass of our Sparkling Shiraz — included as part of your lunch — before settling in for three courses crafted for the season: warming, generous, and rooted in the produce of the region.

In this intimate, hands-on masterclass at Mount Monument Winery, you’ll explore the story behind one of the world’s most iconic cocktails — from spirit selection and technique to the small details that make all the difference.

Taste your way through classic variations, debate the finer points, and leave with the knowledge and confidence to craft your own signature serve. Light food will be served throughout the evening to complement your tasting journey. Whether you’re a seasoned sipper or a curious newcomer, this is an evening worth raising a glass to.
