Tuna Ceviche, avocado, smoked paprika chips
Buratta, roasted grapes, burnt thyme
Roasted Beetroot, Meredith Dairy Feta, caramelised onion, almonds
Reuben Sandwich pastrami, Sauerkraut, Russian dressing, Woodend sourdough
Restaurant…
Course 1- Roasted Heirloom tomatoes, labneh
Course 2- Tuna ceviche, avocado, smoked paprika chips and Fried Cauliflower, smoked paprika hummus, sage and preserved lemon.
2. Scoping out the Heathcote Greco and Sangiovese. They are looking great and probably 2-3 weeks from picking.
3. Heathcote Greco
4. Nets on our estate vineyard @karlkosa @_rhys_leach_
5. Tractor ready to go
6. Pinot Noir looking good.
7. John doing last lawn mow before nets on.
8. Geese moved in with the chickens to stop them eating the grapes.
9. Karl Fender and Nonda Katsalidis in their new office space, Market St, South Melbourne.
